As you may be aware, the main partners of the Bedfordshire Conference Bureau (Mid Beds District Council, Beds County Council, Bedford Borough Council & South Beds District Council) have been involved in local government reorganisation, resulting in the creation of two new unitary authorities: Bedford Borough Council and Central Bedfordshire Council, which became operational on the 1st April 2009.

Due to this reorganisation, the tourism unit for Central Bedfordshire Council, will undertake a more strategic role rather than an operational role. It will therefore cease to continue with the operational running of the Bedfordshire Conference Bureau (BCB). However, the Central Bedfordshire Council's Tourism Unit still intend to keep an active web presence (see below for downloads).
